A Bargain Finder is someone who currently owns an estate agency or someone who works in one as an agent and will continue to work there. They receive their standard commission and other benefits from their employers, and market their bargain properties to Bargain Buyer, because Bargain Buyer is the only buyers' organisation that pays buyer's commission. Buyer's commission is not in any way connected to seller's commission; Bargain Buyer's commission is something extra and goes directly to the agent. Only individuals can register as Finders; agencies cannot register. The individual agents in an agency, principal included, may register separately.

Bargain Buyer pays the best buyer's commission in the property industry. Our Finders negotiate their standard commission with the seller themselves, and we then pay an extra Buyers commission based on the price, directly to the agent. In most cases, Buyers commission works out at more than the standard commission usually received by an agent. Our Finders therefore double their commission!

We pay your Buyers COMMISSION IN ADVANCE, interest free within 30 days after approval of the purchase transaction by all parties. So we don't pay only upon registration, which can take months. Our Finders get their commission, on average, three months before the current norm.

However, we don't pay just any prices – we pay only discount prices. If we agree with you that a particular property is a bargain, we will buy it immediately.
